We are expanding our Embedded development team at Hyderabad with a new

Lead Software Developer (.Net)

Required Skills:
– 5 to 8 years of programming experience in C#, .Net applications
– Good hands on experience in WPF is MUST
– Strong debugging skills
– Experience with .Net frameworks 4.0/4.5
– Strong communication skills
– Experience in working closely with hardware products.
– Graduate in engineering preferbaly from ECE, EEE, CSE branches.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and Manage API(C, C# and Java) team and drive application development in desktop, web and mobile.
– Develop WPF based desktop applications
– Add new features/fix bugs in the existing applications
– Analyse system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for team members.
– Research and actively learn about new technologies and introduce them into the infrastructure
– Communication with customer on design changes/Bug resolutions
– Managing, mentoring and providing technical guidance/support to junior and mid-level developers.
– Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
– Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.

Add on skills:
– Programming experience in Java, html and CSS
– Programming experience in Java script
